#12999 Add a little marker to show that a car has crossed the line

To both SmartRace and SmartRace Connect; just to know that a lap was counted, e.g. when someone triggered CHAOS and a car just crossed the line, but maybe without power. So it would be more obvious if a lap was not counted.
