#13996 Strafen ändern oder rückgänig machen

Wenn eine Strafe fälschlicher weise einem Fahrer gegeben worden ist, wäre es schön wenn dies koregierbar wäre.

Eingebaut (zuerst mal nur in SmartRace selbst), kommt mit dem nächsten Update.
