#18652 add +/- buttons for the minimum speed sliders

as per title, works well with the ghost cars so might be handy with the minimum speed slider as well

I think this requires a more generic approach. These buttons should be added to all sliders throughout the whole app. I'll think about that.

Agreed, ghost cars was most pressing I think.

The buttons have been added to the car calibration dialog for the upcoming version. 👍
