#19684 Check Lane Detect Missing Lap not working

I have a check lane which is showing my sector times correctly, but missed lap detection doesn't seem to be working, unless I am misunderstanding it or I don't have it set up correctly. In Settings, I have missed lap detection turned on (announce and suspend the race) and check lane 1 enabled.

During a race, the times of each sector will update properly until I miss a lap when passing the start line due to sensor misalignment or a red flag being triggered. After I miss a lap, when I reach the check lane, the sector time does not update and there is no announcement or suspension of the race.

Is there something I haven't set up correctly? Thank you.

Hi, could you please send a support request from within the app so I can check your data? Thank you!

Thank you, the data looks good. I can see that you're using firmware 8339 on your Control Unit. Do you by any chance have another Control Unit with an older firmware (e.g. 5339) to test if it works with this?

Sorry, I do not. This is the firmware my control unit came with out of the box. I don't suppose a video of the issue I'm experiencing would help? If it would help, I could try to upload it.

I strongly assume that the new firmware is causing this issue, since I got a similar report from another user with the same firmware. I doubt there is a general issue with this feature, but unfortunately I don't have a Control Unit here with this firmware version, so I can currently not test it myself. I'll try to get my hands on one.
