Background noise continues during Suspend.

If wishing function to make this like a Track Call or Caution than background noise should be of announcers, not cars?

Hi Andrew,

I agree that it reduces the immersion a bit to have the background sound continuing during a suspension, but for now I don't want to touch this. The background sound is basically an mp3 which contains both engine sounds and announcers, which is why I can't play either of these separately.
