I like the ambient sound and the volume adjust-ability there.

The problem is when reducing the ambient sound the announcer sound also is reduced.

Is it possible to make the announcer volume separate from the ambient volume?

Hi Andrew,

well, the slider on the options should only control the ambient sound volume. Can you confirm it is also reducing/increasing the volume of the speaker? That'd be a bug then. I can confirm it's working as it's supposed to on iOS at least.

You were correct. What I assumed was tied together was actually due to volume on the tablet / TV being turned down.
