#12971 Stop a race if a driver doesn’t finish their lap within a certain time

I would like a feature that will detect when a driver exceeds a predetermined lap time and pause the race. This action allows a wrecked car to be placed back on the track and the race continued. This is especially useful when there are no Marshalls to place a wrecked car back on the track. The other drivers will be able to drive for a short period before the wrecked car is detected...which simulates the position relations lost during a wreck and getting back onto the track.

I've decided against this for now. This would just be another setting which some people just might not understand. For the purpose itself, there will be a track call button available in the next version of SmartRace Connect, which should fulfill this need :-)
