#13041 Allow for counting pole positions to championships

- add the possibility to select whether pole positions should add points to contenders
- add the possibility to add a qualifying to a championship (similar to races)

Hallo Mark. Zusaetzlich waere es auch gut, die Option zu haben Championship Punkte fuer die jeweils schnellste Rennrunde zu vergeben.
