Good afternoon. I'm Brazilian ... I'm using a translator. I'm using SmartRace. I bought the iD in the apple store in my account: leonardomatta@gmail.com
Later ... I bought the ADD-ONS Simulated Damages and Penalties ... but did not enable it in the application.
The ADD-ONS Penalties ... seems to me to have been bought twice.
I would abilitace my purchases!
I would like you to cancel one of ADD-ONS Penalties purchases

I await a brief return!

Hi Leonardo,

I'm not sure if I understand your issue correctly. You did buy the penalties add-on but you were not able to enable it in SmartRace?

Anyway, unfortunately there is no way for me to refund you for one of your purchases. I'm afraid you have to contact Apple directly about this. I didn't know it was even possible to buy the same in-app purchase again to be honest.

Good afternoon, Marc. Yes, I do not understand either! I made the purchase of Championships and SmartRace Connect Server! and when I went to buy the other ADD-ONS debited on my card and did not enable it in the application. but, I think it was canceled by the credit card carrier ... probably a mistake at Apple. I'm waiting for the invoice to arrive and I'll check it out! Thank you for your attention ... thank you !!!! By the way, I'm really enjoying your SmartRace app! Congratulations!!!!
