#13182 Cannot connect track to Wifi for Smartrace Connect

When we try and connect Smartrace Connect for all the racers, the QR code doesn't work and the IP address of the track is showing as 0.0.0.0.

I am assuming that this means that the track itself is not connected to the Wifi, but can't find any instructions on how to get this done.

Can you point me in the right direction?
