it would be great if, randomly, a car suffers different events.
For example a wheel puncture. if this happens, the car gets a speed reduction and have to stop in the pit to get the wheel repaired to recover ful speed

thanks for the idea. I decided some time ago that I don't want to go down the path of events which give an individual disadvantage. If you'd like to have random things happening, the weather event would be the right thing, as it has the same impact for all drivers.
