Hi Team,

Im trying to install addons but it seams the application is not connected to internet. My imac have 10.11.6 macos and not have any antivirus. Could you help me with this issue??

Hi David,

could you please check the system logs (as described in #15072 ) to see whether the SSL error pops up there, too?
