Firstly, thank you for the great app! I am very excited about the new Data Interface feature. What I would like to see added is support for MQTT. If Smartrace can talk with Home Assistant MQTT Broker for instance I can do anything I want, turning lights on, change light colors, make announcements on my smart speakers etc.

I am not too code savvy and cannot figure out how to get the current format via POST/URI into a MQTT message to send it to my MQTT broker.

I hope I explained myself well.

Hi there,

I think you should be able to accomplish this with a service like IFTTT. With this you can create a module that parses the JSON body that is sent by SmartRace and do something according to whats in the body.
