#17013 Smartrace app od two devices

I have downloaded on my two devices one is on my smart phone and on is on tablet...

Now I have problem when I like to use my phone for smartrace app it doesn't connect to phone, and when I tray to connect to tablet it makes contact immediately...???

And sometimes it does in opposite way, I can't connected to my tablet and can connect to my phone... I hope that you understand what I mean... ;)

What should I do to make it work...

Hi Matic,

sorry, that was probably a misunderstanding: I was referring to a support request from within the app, as described here: https://www.smartrace.de/en/the-smartrace-manual/making-a-support-request-from-within-smartrace/
