#17443 Use check lanes to determine positions

I think it would be great (if it is even possible) for the check lanes to be used to announce a new race leader instead of just the start / finish line. I think this would make it seem more realistic because lead changes don't only happen at the start / finish line in a real race.

Still hoping this can be added. Imagine a close, neck n neck race ....

Crossing the starting line "driver 2 is in the lead" 

Crossing check lane 1 "driver 1 has taken the lead" 

Crossing check lane 2 "driver 2 has taken the lead" 

Crossing the starting line "driver 1 has taken the lead" 

I think this would be a great addition
