In every Menu, Safe/cancel buttons are hidden behind keyboard
sometimes content screen can't be scrolled to reach the button.

would suggest to put
cancel top left corner (grey button)
safe top right corner (green)

I tend to disagree with you on that one.
Considering the UX flow of screens like this, users usually expect buttons like this to be on the bottom of the screen, since you go through the screen from top to bottom.
I agree that it is not perfect in that case, since you first have to "close" the keyboard in order to see the buttons, but I feel that it is still the right way to do it.
