Sometimes car comes into pit and it announces person in the pit but even with 0 or any percent fuel the bar never moves and starts to refuel car. Have to pick it up and slide over fuel indicator again. It is obvious that cu knows car came in pit as announces it, but car wont start refuelling ?

Hi Peter,
I'd assume that the throttle is pressed more than 50% when entering the pits.
