#17855 Cars not at full speed always when starting a new race

When I start a new race not all the cars go at full speed until they pass the start finish line once ? Is this cause they maybe were out of fuel when last raced and I set them to 50% speed or less when out of fuel ? Should they not all be set to full fuel again when race starts (I have remember last fuel level turned off in the settings) so all at max speed setting from the start ? It is not really fair for a some drivers to be at minimum speed from the start of the race until they go over the start finish line then go to max speed
