#17879 Boxenfunk Language issue

If boxenfunk set to German voice, it constantly reports only the interval times in English.

all other voice reports are in German.

expected behavior: if set to German, all voice reports are in German

Found some other language glitches:

Remaining time in qualification in English as well

virtual safety car in English as well

If a driver receives a penalty, voice says "strafe abgesessen"

expected: "x sekunden Strafe erhalten"
