I think I witness this sometimes after triggering a red flag throgh double tapping the lane change button on the controller. Can you confirm it only happens after you used this at least once? If it doesn't happen if you just start the app and drive lap after lap without using the double tap feature, that's probably the culprit...

I had this happen the other night with our group race where a red flag would be thrown randomly by a random driver. However, we were still using 0.0.3 and .4 hadnt  been released yet.

I'm also running 0.0.4 and had this issue a number of times.
