We had a 50 lap race and during the half way point a random driver registered on the race screen who was not running a race and marshaling. Driver appeared and had 0 laps attached like the car had rolled over the start line for the first time. Only have seen this one time though.

It is entirely possible. It did only happen once to us during the night. We have been racing the pioneer legend cars and their front guides and wiring are terrible. This could be causing small shorts somewhere.
Okay, thanks. Since this didn't happen to anyone else and I strongly suspect that whats mentioned in the article is the culprit here, I am closing this for now.
