Requested by forum users now the 1.0 is out:

Fuel Consumption based on throttle use and lap speed.

This will probably not be implemented. The lap time based fuel simulation gives equal chances to all drivers and makes the fuel consumption independent from manufacturing differences, so I think it is the superior solution. :-)
