Ich fände es mega cool, wenn sich eine weitere SmartRace Software über den Connect-Server mit einer laufenden Software verbinden könnte.
Mich stört es häufig, dass man z.B. bei einem Rennen etc. nicht noch nebenbei Einstellungen, Fahrzeuge, Fahrer etc. verstellen kann, ohnen den geraden aktiven Fahrern das Bild auf dem TV/Beamer wegzunehmen. So wäre meine Traumvorstellung, dass SmartRace Connect noch den Rennbildschirm anzeigen könnte. So könnte man quasi das Tablet für den TV relativ passiv in der Ecke liegen lassen und auf SmartRace alles mögliche einstellen. Natürlich würde das die Connect App extrem erweitern. Alternativ wäre es cool, eine zweite volle SmartRace App zu öffnen, die sich an den Daten über den Connect-Server bedient. Ob das möglich wäre?

Since most people use 2 screens, tablet & tv wouldn't be easier to just have a designated tv output screen? Then just do all tuning and adjustments on the tablet itself.

Yeah, I agree with @dirtydogracing - I think another option to watch all controllers instead of a specific one in SmartRace Connect would do the trick. This view would then only show the timing table similar to the time table widget in SmartRace itself.

Dann müsste aber auch der Tablet ein zweites Display unterstützen. Bei einen Laptop ist das ja kein Problem, bei einem Android Tablet bin ich mir unsicher, ob die zwei verschiedene "Monitore" unterstützen.

Du kannst das Tablet ja per Chromecast etc. auf einen anderen Bildschirm spiegeln. Alternativ per HDMI. Das geht ja jetzt auch schon.

@smartrace ich habe mir ja extra für smartRace ein Tablet mit HDMI über USB-C gekauft. Entweder müsste hier die Software zwei verschiedene Bildschirme ansteuern können (Tablet und HDMI) oder es handelt sich um ein Spiegeln des Rennbildschirmes.

Beim Spiegeln stört man immer den Fahrern den freien Blick auf den Rennbildschirm. Daher die Idee der zweiten App mit seperaten Rennbildschirm.

I get what he is wanting I believe, if you are mirroring tablet to tv and you open the main menu of smartrace on the tablet during an active race the tv shows the main menu not the leaderboard. I think he is wanting a way to do this while leaving the leaderboard still displayed on the tv.

Idea...

We have 2 options in smartrace connect now, driver or control center. Would it be possible to create a 3rd option called leaderboard that we could edit widgets on and then mirror that screen to a tv so it always only shows leaderboard info?

If this becomes the device we have hooked to our tv's I would guess all sound would need to be output through this connection also

This will not be possible. You can always hook your primary device up to some sort of external speaker though.
