Could there be some mechanism to provide a physical signal that the track power should be turned on or off when in analogue mode. That way Smart Race could trigger the On and Off of the power on any analogue track.

Maybe, just a simple dongle that can be plugged into an android usb port, or something similar that toggles a signal between 5v and 0v to indicate that the power needs to be switched on or off. Signal = 5v for power on, Signal = 0v for power off.

The dongle would just need to provide two connections ground and signal.

Smart Race would then appear like a Track Call button to the analogue track.

I don't think it makes sense to integrate something as proprietary as that. A better option would probably be the Data Interface, which provides the information about event status changes. This can then be used to custom build something for this, e.g. with Arduino or similar tech. :-)
